    How the process works.

    It’s a very simple process, and we try to keep it as quick but as thorough as possible for our customers. The process starts off with sampling, at this stage we need to test out different designs and ideas to get the perfect version of what you want, once we get your approval, we move onto the next stage – Production. Throughout the entire process of production we’ll send you updates, and be completely transparent with the status of your order. After production comes quality checks, we assure you that your garment is checked numerous times before being packed. We have regular checks throughout production, we have an in-house check at the end of production and then bring in a 3rd party check – every garment we send out is perfect, rest assured. Finally comes packing and shipping, We will pack your products as per your requirements, from custom poly bags to hand tags and labels, we can do it all. After packing we ship out your order, generally by air but we can also ship by sea as we are based next to a port, shipping terms can be discussed.

    And that’s it. Your hand crafted leather goods are delivered.
